Helping Parents Raise Kids That Think For Themselves

I'm Greg Butler, and I help parents teach critical thinking skills at home.

As parents, we want every possible advantage for our children. I offer the tools and support that help you teach your children to think for themselves.

No one on Earth is more qualified to lead a learning journey for your child than you. And there is no one they would rather learn with.
You will create a new family tradition of enrichment activities that teach your children to knowingly assess information and communicate confidently with poise and purpose.

In more than 20 years as an instructor, coach, and tournament judge in academic debate, I have helped parents prepare their children to gather and interpret information in ways that lead to better decision-making. Through my system, Active Context Learning, I have taught critical thinking skills to students aged eleven to eighteen. My students have succeeded at the highest levels of regional and national speech and debate competitions.

I found that students who did not participate in competitive debate still benefited from the Active Context Learning program. This observation encouraged me to create Active Parent Educator, where you can access everything I made for home enrichment activities.

Active Context Learning brings parents and children together, helping parents talk with their kids about the constant flow of information and influence they face daily. You will help your child learn to evaluate information with a critical eye and think independently, making intelligent choices that support your family's values.
